market. In this company there are around 30000 employees on 3400 stores in UK. The
organisation can highly focus on giving the value to their customers and also target the
all types of customers to gain the high amount of profits and revenues. In this essay
report the behaviour of the individual person are to the reflected that will impact the
organisation work and profits by using the social cognitive theory (Belgiawan and et. al.,
2017).
MAIN BODY
There are several theories are to be considers over the many years for
developing the changes in the course of live of the individual person. In this Social
cognitive theory is high effective because it representing the reciprocal interaction of the
person, environment and the behaviour influences that can majorly emphasis on the
social aspect which includes the internal and external reinforcement within the social
environment. It includes the person experience in related to their behaviour so that their
overall expectations can be easily analysed which represent the engagement of the
people in a specific behaviour so that high task can be attained (Cecco, 2019).
In terms of the Tesco the company is highly focusing on satisfying the demands
of the customers and \also focus on saving the environment by removing the use of
plastic bags. Due to the crisis present within the climate retail company can embarrass
those customers who are not taking their own bags from home due to this they fell
shame. This essay reflects the perception, behaviour, and environment which majorly
affect the company and also the single individual person (Hayes and Tucker, 2018). To
