INTRODUCTION In today's environment, the importance of education is continuously increasing. To enhance the learning and teaching in the education sector, it is very necessary to develop use and organised all the resources which are required for the meeting of individual needs (Fragouli and Lazaridou, 2019). This report will cover the important areas in the specialist area which is trainee lecturers in the lifelong learning sector that currently working at FE College. This report will cover the purpose and use of resources. It will also cover the developmentintheuseofinclusiveresourceswhichisnecessaryforenhancingthe performance of the education sector. In addition to this, this report will also cover the effective organisation and accessing of resources in an own specialist area. It will discuss also the legal requirements and responsibilities which should be considered in the development and use of resources. MAIN BODY TASK 1 1.1 Purpose of resources in learning and teaching As a teacher is very important to use learning and teaching resources. It includes booksandotherprintedmaterialforstudentsbecauseoftheseresourcestudentare encouraged and explore new issues in books(Tabion, 2019). The purpose of the resource is to provide a source of a learning experience for learners. This resource is help students to increase their knowledge in the context of education. Resources are a very supportive tool in learning and teaching because these students enhance their knowledge in learning. This resource also helps to national curriculum because of this resource education go with local education authority and after student. It is the medium between student and teacher.By the use of the resource, teachers develop an interest in education and creative problem-solving skill in students. The resource also provides individual differences closely coordinated with the subject matter. By using the resource every student builds their cognitive thinking. It is a very useful tool for every student to enhance their learning(Puertas, Sotelo and Ramos, 2020). Resources are designed to support teachers. Teachers use this resource to give lesson delivery to the student. With the help of this resource students to go professional Learning. 2.3 Theories, principles and models of inclusive curriculum design used to inform resource development Principle of curriculum design Inclusive education gives equal opportunity to every student. It gives a right to every student to learn education(Myrick and Kelloway, 2018). Every student has the right to learn education and there is no discrimination for the colour, race, sex, language, birth, poverty, or social belongings. Every student wanted to learn education but in the past time, many barriers come in front of them. These barriers are provoking the student's life they do not learn education. So that in new inclusive education policy gives right to learn education. The opinion of the student is heard and taken seriously. Inclusive education is the place where student growth is available. Schools are adopting student requirements and think according to student level. Inclusive education now includes the project and various elements for the understanding of the subject. Theories TheBehaviouraltheory:Thenthetheoryishelptounderstandthestudent behaviour. There are various factors which affect student behaviour there are demographic situations and atmosphere these factors affect the student behaviour(Fachrunnisa and et.al., 2020). The behaviour theory help teacher understand student mind and they teach according to it. The teacher needs to understand the behaviour theory. With the help of theory, they learn various things. Problem-solving theory: Problem-solving theory helps the teacher. They understand the student's problem because of this theory teacher is going into the student's mind and learning various things. This theory also helps students also they resolve their problems own. The problem-solving theory helps every student and every teacher. Use of this theory the student solves their problem on their own. Model of inclusive curriculum The model of inclusive education is including the concept, process, educational activities,learningandmaterial,evaluationandmethod(Deliu,2019).Theinclusive education model wanted an education system which helps a student to learn various things and also use the technology in the new education policy. The teacher is innovative in this education system. Every teacher develops their thinking abilities in education. This model
refers the education which helps every student to learn more and more knowledge. The inclusive education system is based on an understating of the concept of education it is not based on the traditional method. Teachers go to seminars to understand how they evaluate students' thinking process. This is based on every education system. 3.1 Ways in which resources can be classified and stored Resource management is a challenging task. Before managing resources, classifying, storage is essential especially when the resource is too expensive. Storage capacity in every educational institute is limited(Dzwigol and et.al., 2019). The resource is two types physical and digital. The physical resource is the more challenging to manage because it wanted to space. Digital Resource manages also a typical challenge because digital data loss, cost of data, storage and file management this is a very typical task to handle in education institutions. In the digital world, all data is stored in the digital platform related to fees, and student-related information is all digital. Some instances are related to physical storage is essential. The most important physical resource is the books, files, storage cupboards, and desk drawers. The uses of the cupboard for the large equipment stored. In the education sector, every resource is valuable so firstly they classify and after it is stored. The physical equipment includes Books, student exam papers, assessment submission, copies, and lots of things which are required to classify according to the need and stored at the safest palace. Digital equipment is related to the various files which use education institutions. Digital equipment feeds very important detail related to students and teachers also(Ginter, Duncan and Swayne, 2018). The primary storage location for staff is in the document folder. The folders are regularly backup by the authorities. In the education sector, resource management is the biggest challenge which faces by every education sector. Management through planning, organising, directing, and controlling with the help of the staff. This is necessary for restoring the resource because it can help in future. TASK 2 1.2 Effectiveness of specific resources from own specialist area in meeting individual learning needs The effectiveness of resources decides whether an organisation is able to meet the individual learning needs or not. It is important to note that resources that are used by teachers should be very effective because it increases the effectiveness in teaching as well as
in learning. For increasing the effectiveness of resources, it is very important for teachers to ensure that they need to evaluate the effectiveness first and then identify the ways which help to increase the effectiveness. As a trainee, I require to enhance the effectiveness of specific resources which helps to meet the individual learning needs and requirements. As a trainee lecturer, it too becomes very important for me to meet the individual needs of the learner because it is the responsibility of the teachers and the support staff to provide all the resources required by students to understand that particular topic(Shanmuganathan, 2018). That's why I am emphasising the important skills such as cognitive, communication, new numeracy and literacy skills because it is important in my specialization area. I need to provide all the knowledge to the students because I am belonging to a lifelong learning sector. It is very important to enhance the effectiveness of resources which can be possible with the help of many ways such as always specific to the knowledge content, matching with the ability of learners, addressing and developing skills which are required, the appropriate level of challenge, focusing on actively involving all the learners in the classroom, aid to demonstration, etc. 2.1 Principles of resource design It is very important to consider the principles of resource design as it increases effectiveness. If the teacher wants to provide effective learning to the students the net becomes very important for them to consider all the principles of resource design. It is the design of the learning experience. Its purpose is to support learning goals or to understand the problem behind the learning environment. In consideration of the action that learns take to order to learn and the decision is also based on how people learn.Effective learning design results from the productive collaboration between experts, learners, and practitioners. Principle of Resource design ď‚·Meeting Learning Needs: There are many ways to understand the student learning need. Choosing a method depends on the student's learning preference. Some choose the E-Learning method in today's world(Abbas and et.al., 2021). It can be made into small groups of the learner. This method provides a large amount of the material to the student in one place. Learning by the books and journals. ď‚·Positive contribution to consolidating learning: consolidating learning is the best way of learning it enforces the information during a lesson it makes sure that every student is part of this learning. As a teacher, this gives the chance to teach every aspect of the

lesson to the student. A student asks any question about the related lesson. It is the responsibility to satisfy the student and understand the problem. Preferred Learning Style: learning style is based on visual and audio. It is based on the student's learning capacity. Every student's learning capacity is different so the teacher wanted to create interest by adopting learning styles.Every style is unique but the audio is the one of the best because every student learns by seeing and listening. In this style, the student uses their sensory organ to understand the topic. Sufficient quality and quantity: It means sufficient quality and quantity for a particular purpose. Every teacher gives their full potential to teach their subject. The topic is deciding what amount of potential use in a particular area. 2.2 Evaluate sources that inform resource development in own specialist area As a teacher, it’s my responsibility to make use of the internal source and external sources of resource development. The internal source is that the student learns from the book, journal, and Library book(Fernandes and et.al., 2022). Which is available in the educational area. These resources help to understand the subject. I encourage the student to make use of library books to enhance their knowledge. The use of extra material in education enhances the student's knowledge and also helps them to understand the deep topic. Every day student learns something from the newspaper it is a daily routine habit. When students learn from some of the theses internal sources is good for the student. To expand the scope of my programme I introduce the student to internet resources and counselling tuition websites because internal resources are not sufficient for the student so I make sure to help and introduce the external factor. This resource helps a student understand in various ways. Internet goes very good information and also encourages the student to learn more things. With new technology, every student learns from an internet source. Another external source is an online platform for tuition. This is an amazing way to learn topics every online class is focused on the student's problem so that they learn many things for them. These classes also focus on the student weakness section so that I introduce the resource. Internet, online class, books library book, and newspaper all help students in various ways. A student learner from these sources. The source encourages student learning criteria. 2.4 Ways in which resources can be adapted to enable an inclusive approach I adapt my resource to meet the need of the student. I make paper-based material for those students who can learn this type. Paper-based material also helps me to decorate my classroom effectively(Fatimah and Syahrani, 2022). I make very creative designs and paste
them on the walls of the classroom. This creative encourage a student to learn a various thing. I use very simple language for students. The student learns very easily and also they use this knowledge in their practical life also. I change the colour of the paper because some student eye side is weak so I change my paper material colour so they can easily understand the material. In modern times I use technology and software to increase the knowledge of the student. My classroom is so amazing because of my choosing colour or the font size because this attracts the students. I chose various things to attract the student's attention. Because of the resource, I Crete interested in the field of education. These resources develop day by day so I use these resources. Now every student is engaging in this resource they understand the printed material. I used technology to increase my visual skill on the topic. Visual support is very effective because it creates interest in a topic. My topic is so much interesting because these resources build interest in students. I use the software to build the interest of the student in this software I make various games to encourage the student. 3.2 Ways of sharing resources review with other learning professionals When identifying common resources most large institutions use these resources which may be staffing resources, the number of staff and their function, qualification, grade experience and also intuitionoffer the trainingopportunitiesto improve the outcome (Alayoubi, Al Shobaki and Abu-Naser, 2020). The provision of this resource is improving the performance of the teacher so that every institution uses these resources. File storage is the place where the teacher kept resources this resource is very important for the teacher so that they keep. The use of the common resource is useful for every institution. Networking is good for every student because they make relationship for the organisation every institutions use their skill in the field of learning and education. There are various ways to understand the resource development every teacher does work in this sector. Many teachers use common sourcesto enhancetheirknowledge. Everyteacherworkson thisand elaboratesthe knowledge in teaching. TASK 3 2.5 Design resources, including those that involve new and emerging technologies, to engage and meet the individual needs of learners As a trainee lecturer, I identify the presentation as one of the important resources which use and involved new and emerging technologies. It is also used for engaging and meeting the individual needs of learners(Miller, 2018). So here is the template of the
presentation which helps to show how this resource engages and meets the individual needs of learners. Here is an example of designing a presentation on the topic of the lifelong learning sector such as studying a new language.

With the help of this example, it becomes very easy to engage the individual as it becomes very easy to attract the learners. It is necessary to understand that the resources used in the lectures should be made effectively. It should be well structured which becomes useful for each and every individual as the audience should understand the purpose of the resources used by me. 2.6 Employ resources to engage and meet the individual needs of learners in own specialist area There are many resources used by me because as a trainee lecturer in the lifelong learning sector I need to give many lectures that how an individual makes their life more productive and efficient. So that's why employing resources is becoming very important in order to engage and meet the individual needs of learners(Samimi and et.al., 2020). It can be done by creating a learning goal for each and every student, providing different ways to learn the topic students, using different activities in order to show the lesson, try to give an opportunity to a student in their own way to perform the activity, organising flexible groups and provide assignments accordingly, etc. 5.1 Evaluate the effectiveness of own design and use of resources to engage and meet the individual needs of learners in own specialist area As a trainee lecturer, I make a presentation for the student to learn this pretension is to integrate the student and enhance their knowledge. Many students come from their own needs this presentation engages the student. The presentation program is very useful for the student

because I use various methods in this presentation. Because of this presentation, I engage the student in this presentation. Many students think about the topic and they deeply think about the topic. This presentation also helps a student to encourage learning. When they go home after seeing they explore their knowledge(Kose and Kose, 2019). This is the very important thing which I want from the presentation. The presentation program also helps that student which knows the copy they come for understand the concept so this is useful for the student learning. The active presentation engages the student in every study in the class are see the presentation they develop their interest in the presentation. With the help of this presentation, I influence the student to learn more and more leaning. I learn from my presentation this is a good step which I take to enhance student learning.Every student meets their own need the student thinking criteria is different from every student so they met their own need. 5.2 Identify own strengths and areas for improvement in relation to development and use of resources in own specialist area. As a trainee lecturer, I learn various things from the education to improve my communication skills and confidence skills now this skill is my strength. I give a presentation in front of every student because of my confidence. The learning and day to activities enhance my skill. Communication skills is playing a vital role in education every student listens to my words very carefully because of my confidence and communication skill (Bekhradinasab, 2020). These skills are helping me in the education sector now I use presentations for teaching some topics which reduce the difficulty level of the topic. Communication skill is very important in this section every student learns and sees me because of my confidence skill and communication skill. Improvement areas ď‚·Time Management skill: Time Management skill is very important to help in the education sector(Najmi, Kadir and Kadir, 2018). My time management is very poor so I improve my time management skill in various ways I start tasks very early because of the early start I can make my strategies very promptly. By the set of my limit, I can say yes or no according to the situation it reduces my responsibility in the educations institutes. I can set myself to prorate according to the task which task is necessary so I can work according to it. I take some small steps so I can complete my task on time.
Decision-making skill: I variously improve my decision-making skills because of the decision-making skills I feel very low in the education sector. So there are some ways that I need to improve my decision-making skills. I make a plan according to the task after I go with the plan this decision is give me some small confidence so that I can improve my decision making skills. 5.3 Plan opportunities to improve own skills in development and use of resources in own specialist area I need to improve my time management skill and decision making skill, because we hi make presentation that time some student feel bore because if excess of time. So I improve my time management skill(Ali and Anwar, 2021). Further I improve my decision making skill because of this skill I make my own decision I make presentation in this presentation every student think about my decision. I cannot take decision according to the situation some student crest problem in the class. And some student asks some question related with topic so I can take my own decision. So because of this presentation I improve my presentation skills. It is especially considered the resources made by other people. It is identified that intellectual property rights and copyright implications include that any person does not break the law in the creation of teaching resources. For that purpose, necessary strategies should be developed to ensure whatever type of resources is used should comply with the legislation.
