INTRODUCTION
The report aims to ascertain the teaching and educational practices in learning and
developing. Teaching creates an environment and platform to learn and grow knowledge and
skills to promote student learning. every students seeks their growth through building cognitive
and sensory mind growth. It gives rise to their thinking potential, taking decisions and solve
problems (Goralski, and Tan, 2020) . A teacher makes it possible to solve various problems
which will help the students to come across with many life challenges and develop their own
abilities. This report is going to demonstrate about the teaching practices by identifying the
resources required in teaching practices. These resources are effective which is necessary for
developing teaching environment and enhance student interest towards the subject area. The
report also going to make sure that all the resources are designed and use for as per the
curriculum requirement and by obliging legal laws. The report will prepare the intellectual
property rights and duties for which they are responsible for the resource design.

TASK A
1.1 Explain the purpose of resources in teaching and learning
In teaching and learning, the resources are necessary in providing knowledge, facts,
topics contexts and information to the students. Therefore, the learning requires appropriate
resources to help with getting better development and learn appropriately (Dilmurod, and
Fazliddin, 2021). In the current educational environment, using resources is necessary to interact,
attract and guide students to make sure that they have all the facilities and infrastructure. The
purpose of resources is to avoid any confusion and miss communication in delivering lectures,
projects and cover topics as per the curriculum requirement. It shows that, being a teacher, using
resources will provide assistance in making plans for students’ growth and development. A
teacher uses several materials while teaching to the students in a form of demonstration. As it is
believed that, students learners better is visual, auditory manner which will make them memorise
the concepts. In the digital era where internet is regulating drastically and it becomes part of
everyone’s life. This shows that the learning environment can only be interesting and interactive
through involving digital resources. It includes presentations, smart boards, Moodle. Whereas,
other resources are books, journals, charts, boards and notes. All these resources are significant
