INTRODUCTION
Teaching and learning refers to a process which comprises of varied variables that aid
learners in working towards their desired objectives as well as incorporate new knowledge in
order to add value to learning experiences (Ahmadi and Reza, 2018). Teaching is a practice
which aids in imparting knowledge as well as information to learners whereas learning helps in
receiving the processed data in a strategic manner. Learning methods comprises of visual,
auditory, kinaesthetic and reading which help learners to enhance their experience as per their
capabilities. Role of resources in regards with teaching as well as learning is to provide an
assistance which aid in interacting among teachers and students. It is imperative for teachers to
make differentiation in their content which allows them to provide appropriate learning styles of
learners for improvising their experiences.
This project report demonstrates an understanding of purpose and use of resources in
regards with teaching. It also highlights the abilities which help to develop and use inclusive
resources in chosen specialist area. It also depicts an understanding on how to organise and
enable access to resources. It also covers legal requirements as well as responsibilities in relation
to using and developing the resources in an effective manner.
TASK A: RESOURCE REPORT
1.1: Explanation of the purpose of resources in teaching and learning
Resources are particularly designed to support teachers as well as professors for planning
and delivering a lesson in an effective manner (Ali and Mehreen, 2018). Purpose of resources in
relation to teaching and learning not only aid in making educational procedures attractive but
also inspires learners to enhance their learning experience. Teaching resources essentially
encompasses of text books, role plays, multimedia, pictures and many more elements which aid
learners in enhancing their learning experience. Teaching resources which can be used by
teachers in specialist area of English are webinars, Cambridge sessions, practising
comprehension and many more. Purpose of this resources is to motivate learners to engage
themselves in their studies which aid them in securing good marks. These resources also plays a
significant role in building up the learning practices effective. It is imperative for teachers to use
appropriate resources in the field of specialisation of English. There are varied virtual resources
which are presented for specialist area of English such as distance learning, The EduBlogger,
