INTRODUCTION
Talking in relation with the education sector, organization of all the important
resources is very crucial. There are varied kinds of materials which are utilized in the
education process by the teachers and they must be developed, accessed and executed
effectively for the purpose of delivering an enhanced knowledge as well as lessons to the
learners. Considering this, the main aim of the current research report is to offer a brief
evaluation of the resources being utilized in the education related organization and
particularly in the marketing as it is being considered as a specialist area (DeKeyser, 2018). It
will going to include the purpose of the resources in the education system and will analyse
their effectiveness. Further consideration will be given on the principles of research design,
sources, theories and models for informing an inclusive approach in marketing field. In
addition to this, an analysis of the manners in which the resources can be stored and shared
will be included. Emphasis will also be given on legal requirements, accountabilities,
implications of intellectual property rights and copyright relating to the development and
usage of resources. The final section of the report will also going to focus on the
effectiveness of own design and use of resources along with own strengths and areas for
improvement in relation to development and use of resources in marketing field and
opportunities will also be planned for improving own skills.
TASK – 1
1.1 Explaining the purpose of resources in learning & teaching
As per Gould (2014), strategies related to teaching are majorly enhanced by
utilization of suitable resources. Resources are being utilized for making comprehension
more easily and aiding memory. As stated by Gardner (2019), resources being utilized by the
teachers should be purposeful and must not only for decoration purpose. Learning resources
are regarded as the pertinent tool in the field of education that might encompass projects, whit
boards, PowerPoint, text, smart devices, software, videos and flipcharts. The main purpose of
these resources is to offer significant prospect for the learners to discover concepts, solve
issues, knowledge and skills. Furthermore, it is crucial that all these resources must be
reliable for supporting the national curriculum for every single particular stage being taught
in the institutions and must be permitted by the native teaching specialists. It is also essential
that the curriculum resources must also offer for individual differences, selectively assimilate
as well as carefully synchronise subject matter and must emphasize on the outcomes,
objectives and standards for the learning of the students. As a marketing teacher, it is

important to make use of diversification along with variation of strategies at the time of
advising people and rendering training to the students in developing their career in the
marketing field. Thus, it can be said that working with people, varied tools can be utilized
which are more emotional and physical like creating right environment for transmitting
message crossways through development of a space to communicate which is private and
comfortable (Illeris, 2018). As an option, equipment aid can also be utilized according to the
suitability of the styles of learners like braille, digital voice recorder, objects and cards.
1.2 Analysing the usefulness of specific resources from own specialist area in fulfilling the
individual learning requirements
Support staff along with the teachers are required to evaluate the strengths of
individual learners successfully for the purpose of designing as well as executing suitable
development approaches. For attaining this, it is important as a marketing teacher to pay
emphasis on the minimum core skills like communication skills, numeracy, literacy,
cognitive, subject related abilities and research skills. This will help in application of
anything which has been learned. Further, effectiveness of resources importantly signifies
that the content is knowledgeable, it is matched with the abilities of the learners, helps in
addressing as well as developing needed abilities and make use of new technologies. As a
marketing teacher, I established varied tasks at a suitable level of challenge for allowing the
learners to obtain skills which will support them in coping up with the difficult situations
more easily and peacefully (Petty, 2014). I also made sure that all the challenging tasks must
be related with the anticipated learning results comprised in every module of the programme
with a view to utilize them as an evidence of accomplishment. I took this opportunity for
including the usage of new technologies for example, videos, internet, chat room etc. for
learning in regards with new communication and marketing tactics. In the present time it is
not possible to separate education from technology and thus, for creating a dynamic learning
environment, it is crucial to execute a successful blended learning which allows the learners
the right to entry and evolve resources seeking help from the emerging technologies like
utilization of internet, chat rooms, peer interactions, tablets, videos etc.

2.1 Examining principles related to research design
There are different principles of resource design such as VARK, fulfilling the learning
requirements, maintaining sufficient quantity, present content, health and safety, preferred
learning styles, user friendly and positive contribution to fusion learning. It is quite elemental
