Reflection
While conducting this research, I am able to understand about globalisation. I have
used primary research to gain in depth knowledge regarding globalisation and its positive
impact on cultural, ethical and economic aspects of a business organisation. To achieve

mismanagement of time while conducting this research. To overcome budget problem, I took
help form my parents, tutor and friends and to sort out issues related with time I have
prepared a time schedule. While conducting this research I am able to increase my knowledge
and skills regarding research techniques and tools.
