This assignment is based on Jaguarwhich is a luxurious vehicle brand associated with Jaguar Land Rover (Boykins and et. al.,2015). This Britain based Multinational corporation is headquartered in Whitley, England.Company has Successfully sustained a visible position worldwide and at present operating inmore than 150 countries. This report includes project objective and aims of jaguar along withProject management plan which involves quality, scope, time, resources and risks. Besidethis, Gantt chart and work breakdown structure is discussed to manage status of project.Different kinds of research and their procedure are discussed which helps the company inacknowledging the behaviour of customers in an appropriate manner.Positive impact of Globalisation in general to the businesses in the UK1.Economic Impact: Globalisation is associated with interdependence and increasedintegration among different countries. This results in enhanced trade and jobopportunities for the people of UK. Economic impact of globalisation for citizens ofUK is lower prices, enhanced competition and economies of scale as they have manyalternatives to chose for a single product. Business owners in UK can invest in othercountries to earn revenues and profits. Business organisation in UK are benefited dueto globalisation as they have wide market to sale their services and products whichresults in increased sales. 2.Cultural Impact: It is associated with interconnection of values, ideas and customson a global basis. Globalisation results in the homogenisation of the world as a singleentity. Organisations and People in UK are becoming more familiar with the culture,customs and traditions of other countries. This helps business organisations of UK inacknowledging the preferences and choices of different people which results inincreased revenues and profitability.3.Ethical Impact: It is related with aspects like business, ethics and globalisation in asummed up manner. This allows regional and national economies of a nation tointegrate with one another in a dependent manner. Main advantage of globalisation is that notall countries are capable to produce and deliver every kind of commodities, hence by inter-trading government associated with these countries satisfy the needs and requirements oftheir citizens in a desired manner. Globalisation results in more international trade. Servicesand products are offered to people in lower rates and due to competitive advantage people areprovided with standardised and good quality products & services. Jaguar is a Britain basedMNC which operates their business operation worldwide. In 1922, William Lyons establishedthis company. In 2008, this company is owned by Tata Motors Ltd. Jaguar is popularworldwide for their sport cars and luxury sedans. At present around 10,000 employees areworking under Jaguar (Jeston, 2014). Due to luxurious and expensive services, products ofJaguar are widely popular among rich sections of UK and other nations. Globalisationconcerned with different departments of Jaguar like Accounts, HR, marketing and operationare selling, purchasing, advertisement and promotion of service & products on a global basisalong with maintaining funds, budget and human resources of the company in an appropriatemanner. By taking advantage of social media, internet, TV, newspaper and magazinesorganisations in UK understands the demands and preference of customers worldwide. Bytargeting specific group of people and acknowledging their needs, Jaguar can increase theirsales and revenues along with profit margins. Aim of the project: Aims of the Project is to “ To evaluate positive economic, cultural, and ethical impacts ofglobalisation on functions of organisation associated with different departments.”A casestudy on jaguar.Objective of the project: To understand the concept of globalisation.To measure the positive ethical, economic and cultural impact of globalisation onmarketing, HR, accounting and operation department of Jaguar.

It involves questionnaire, interviewsand surveys which helps in analysing opinion ofcustomers in a better and desired way. Work Breakdown Structure Work break down structure is defined as a hierarchical reflection of all activitiesassociated with a project in terms of deliverables. It breaks down complex processes intosimplified and smaller components. WBS also specifies an appropriate framework for costestimation and cost control (Sparrow, 2012). It represents the scope of project visually andallow team members to monitor each level in detailed manner. WBS results in highproductivity which will benefit jaguar to accomplish their activities within allotted time.WBS also specifies all important details regarding project which will helps Jaguar to managetheir operations in a transparent manner.
