These types of business ventures are generally ownedby the private players, proprietors or partnership firm. Further, these organizations are requiredto develop sound strategies so that they can generally survive in the market for the achievementof goals and objectives (Cole, Goldberg and White, 2004). Along with it, these ventures rununder the UK norms and regulations and employ less than 50 members with the turnover of lessthan £6.5 million.Further, in relation to the present report, The Jesmond Dene Hotel is taken intoconsideration which is a family run bed and breakfast hotel. Further, this hotel is locatedperfectly for both pleasure and business travelers as it focuses on serving guests who come fromdifferent regions.
