the chosen organisation in this present report which is a restaurant as well as stylish bar. The
main objective of firm is to provide high quality services to their customers like luxurious
experience of lunch and dining as well as excellent room services. The present report will be
describing the strengths and weaknesses of chosen organisation and some recommendations are
given in order to overcome the barriers. The report will also discuss various points which are
involved in maintaining current business performance.
