• The main motive of doing the present investigation is to increase the learning about
the practice of staff motivation strategies within an organisation to retain employees.
• This mainly focuses over carrying out in-depth data about the impact of employee
motivation on the current retention level of the company. It also aims at attaining two
objectives of researcher which are: personal and professional objective (Kafrawi
Yunus and et. al., 2019).
