INTRODUCTION
In this fact running globe, organisations are taking appropriate steps in order to improve the
effectiveness of their leaders &managers so that all the leaders &managers can effectively
provide their best contribution in the development of the employees. It is analysed that leaders
&managers both are responsible to improve the capabilities of their employees. (Abu-Darwish
&et. al., 2021). Long-term economic durability is becoming the primary issue of all sectors, thus
there is requirement to concentrate more emphasis on company's current leaders &managers,
which could also fully support all of the organization's activities. The hospitality business is
linked to the service sector, &also the two industries collaborate to meet all of business
customers' &buyers' needs, resulting in a higher profit margin. Managers &leaders are primarily
concerned with implementing effective managerial &leadership styles in their businesses so that
they can also effectively manage operations &improve the business' reputation. The primary
concern of this research is to focus on the leaders & managers role of the Kingfisher plc which is
most famous British multinational organisation that deals in retaining industry? This organisation
established in the year 1982 &headquarters of this organisation established in London, UK. The
main motive of this study is to analyse the role of leaders &managers &determine the applying
various classification ideas &management positions to distinctive leadership styles. Various
leadership &marketing techniques also examine the project's primary focus &the impact of micro
&macro environment on the company's current management &leadership structure so that
company can easily remove all the challenges &motivate their staff members.
Aim: “To determine the role of leaders &managers in development of talented employees within
business environment. A study on Kingfisher plc.”
Research objective -
To determine the concept &importance of development of employees within business
environment.

To determine the concept &importance of development of employees within business
environment
According to Abu-Darwish, Al-Kasasbeh &Al-Khasawneh, (2021) , revealed that employee
development refers to increasing the amount of dedication, ingenuity, &power held by firm
personnel. It is critical to establish personnel in order for organizations to fulfill its aims &goals.
It also aids in increasing staff effectiveness. There's certain ways that may be used to improve the
development of the employees. These offer chances for advancement, as well as learning &
development. It is determined that it is necessary to focus on the business environment so that
company can effectively improve the effectiveness &performance of the employees.. it can be
analyzed that leaders &managers play a crucial role in the development of people inside an
organization &provides training, motivating staff, increasing skills &capacities, &implementing
employee training &development methods. Furthermore, it has been highlighted that numerous
obstacles arise when leaders &managers use staff motivation tactics to grow personnel, including
low self-confidence, lack of interest, anxiety, &fear of rejection. It is analyzed that good
communication &a participative leadership style tend to encourage employee training
&development techniques, resulting in increased capacities (Dent,2020).
According to Dhir, &Chakraborty, (2021) defined that the main job of managers &leaders in
producing talented people is to encourage &educate them through various motivating strategies.
This may aid in the retention of personnel as well as the development of their efficiency.
Managers &leaders will utilize management styles to assist the organization maintain a healthy
workplace culture &improve employee morale with one another. There are various issues that
Kingfisher managers &leaders may confront, such as a lack of vision, which may lead to staff de
