Reason for the
project
The market shares and customer base of EdMI is gradually declining.
This is because the customers now wish to have more flexible systems
which can be used by them to access the content. The current system
utilized by EdMI does not offer real-time streaming to the users.
The real-time streaming solution will allow easy and effective
deployment of the educational training videos and games. The customers
will be able to access the content in a flexible manner and will be able to
experience the real-time streaming solutions. As a result, the current
demands of the customers will be fulfilled and the customer base of the
organization will also increase. The need of real-time streaming solution
with security systems is evident as the customers in the present times
wish to have enhanced flexibility, adaptability, and portability in the
systems.

PART 1: WHAT DO WE WANT FROM THIS PROJECT
The aim of the project is to develop a secure, stable, and user-friendly real-time streaming
solution for EdMI which may be utilized to deploy the educational videos and games. The
project will also ensure that the security of the system is ensured and maintained by all
times by developed and deploying secure systems in addition to the streaming systems
(Rose & Indelicato, 2009).
PART 2: WHAT DO OUR CLIENTS WANT FROM THIS PROJECT
The clients will be provided with the real-time streaming solution enabled with enhanced
security to access the educational videos and games from any location on a real-time basis.

Project Deliverables The first deliverable in the project will be the Project Charter
followed by project Financial Analysis. A detailed Project
Management Plan (PMP) will be submitted next. The system
architecture, source code for the front-end, streaming system,
security system, and closure report are the other deliverables that
will be provided by the members of the project team (Rose, 2013).

Approach (high level
overview)
There will be a one-year pilot project implemented in the first
phase of the project and the decision on the subsequent phases
will be taken on the basis of the outcomes of the pilot project. The
pilot project will kick-start on 1st March 2019 and the formal
closure of the project will be done on 1st June 2020. The project
shall be completed in six phases as initiation, planning,
preliminary setup, execution, marketing & testing, and project
closure (Gladden, 2012).
Comments The scope of the project will include the initiation and planning
activities for the project to make sure that the beginning of the
