INTRODUCTION Strata management is the process which makes coordinating over affairs which makes meetings,collecting and maintain financial accounts within an organization. PROJECT 3 What limitations you may have encountered? The three major potential risk which can arise are economic risk, security risk and Financial risk. This process is helpful in generating appropriate feedback over the risk that has been identified. How the information is to be maintained securely to ensure confidentiality? Confidential policy can be used which makes various kinds of secret information protected and helps in managing risk in appropriate manner. Also WHS policy is to be used for appropriate solution. It has been analysed form scenario that Annual General Meetings should be conducted which helps in analysing these problems in more effective manner.
