With the ramified economic changes and complex busienss structure, each and every
company is coming up with the different strategic plans in the market. The Automotive sales
company is having strong brand image in market and in order to expand its busienss it is
applying for a bid to provide luxury cars new luxury hotels.

The proposal of this business plan is studying the possibility to establish and operate
an effective strategic alliance with the Luxury industry. The applying for a bid to provide
luxury cars new luxury hotel requires effective strategic plan and strong team building work.
All the employees of Automotive sales company will collectively make efforts to prepare
plans such like Marketing, financial management and risk management. Employees of
Automotive sales company will serve small and medium range for providing luxury hotel the
basic routine auto services for maintaining the proper flow of cars (Woinarski, Burbidge and
Harrison, 2014).
Design documentation- It is the design description (design document or SDD) i.e.
written description of a product or services, that a designer writes in order to give a
development team overall guidance to the architecture of the strategic alliance with the
Luxury industry
Administrative records- Administrative records are data collected for the purpose of
carrying out various non-statistical programs. It reflects the using administrative
records presents a number of advantages to a statistical agency and to analysts for the team.
Financial management- It is the effective management of money (funds) in such a
manner as to accomplish the objectives of the organization. It is the specialized function
directly associated with the top management. It will help automotive sales company to
arrange the finance and deploy the same in the business.
Risk management- This management is more important to teach team member. It
helps in forecasting and evaluation of financial risks. It also helps in identification of
procedures to avoid or minimize the impact of the risk arises from the strategic alliance with
the Luxury industry.
Workplace health and safety- The managers of automotive sales company are
responsible for health and safety in the workplace. There needs to be proper policy, WHS
laws and workers' compensation (Ferrary and Mozgovaya, 2014).
