Personal effectiveness is the inner ability of an person to achieve overall goals. Individual
should never stop learning and should keep on learning new things because if the person have
the knowledge then it will build the confidence of the individual infront of others Skills and
talent which a person have is also a part of personal effectiveness to achieve anything in life
