Job Description
The position of the Human Resource manager consist of planing, directing and
coordinating the human resource management activities in order to maximiser the strategic
utilization of the human resource management. This position also maintain function such as
employee compensation, recruitment, personal policies and regulatory compliance.
Task
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing and refereeing
disputes.
Analyse and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive program.
Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise the activities of the subordinates.
Represent the organisation at personnel related hearings and investigations
