INTRODUCTIONTalent acquisition is the procedure of acquiring and finding skilled human labor fororganizational requirement and to meet with labor needs. When using in context of hiring andHR profession, it refers to talent acquisition team and department within HRM. The presentreport is base on Zenwise IT company that are looking to expand their business and servicesteam (Barkhuizen and et.al., 2014). This report will focus on talent acquisition strategy that findout the best ways to overcome challenges. It will be base on suggestion tests that would use inthe process of selection and recruitment. Furthermore, it explains how organization can improveand measure effectiveness of their talent acquisition process. Main BodyA) Talent acquisition StrategyZenwise is a fortune 500 IT organization that are looking to spread out its service andsoftware team. They want to hire talented candidates in short term period because of highemployee turnover in the company which is one of the biggest challenge that are facing by them.In the firm employee turnover get increase because they are paying workers not up to the marketrate and demand world class talent by pay below the current rate in market (Meyer and Xin,2018). Thus, to solve both of these challenges that are mention above is very essential forcompany in which they are using talent acquisition strategy to get overcome within situation.This strategy help organization to find, retain and hire employees they need to keep and grow itsbusiness. Align with business goals and objectives- Currently Zenwise need to hire new ITspecialist in its organization for achieving their desired goal that are expansion of software teamand service. They need to align with the goals and find out talent candidates that will be the bestsupport at the moment. Hire manager are engaged in recruitment- Zenwise is a fortune 500 IT company thatare looking to grow its software team. Currently they are facing high turnover of workers andneed to hire the most talented people for running expansion process effectively. But they arepaying all the staff member low wages which are not achieved market rate. Thus, for thatcompany need to hire skilled manage that are fully engaged in hiring process and make effectiveplan of wages and talent acquisition that help to attract new candidates in company and retain1
