talent management can be taken to define as the way of the leading out of the better attraction,
selection as well as the higher retention of employees based on use of certain empowerment and
tactical strategy (Etoom, 2022). Along with this, talent management also tend to involves and
comprises of set out a combination of HR processes that need to be specifically present within
and across each of the employee life cycle. Therefore, the concept of the Talent management
tend to be important and needed within a firm as it supports as well as encompasses a better and
improved way of the workforce planning along with supporting and leading out of the improved
level of the employee engagement. Beside this, the concept of the talent management also tend to
emphasis and focus on the having the better learning and development of employees along with
supporting the better employee performance management through leading a more systematic
process of recruiting, on boarding together with effective succession and retention strategy
(Latukha and et. al., 2022).

Research methodology
It tend to forms out and comprise of a vital set of research proposal that tend to support and
provides a systematic analysis of research method and approaches which are being used by the
researcher to carry out and undertake current investigation in efficient manner. A discussion
about the research method and philosophy proposed for current study are listed below with valid
justification.
Research philosophy- There are tend to be four main types and forms of the research
philosophy that supports a base and framework for creation of knowledge based on better
gathering and review of facts. Positivistic, interpretivisim, realism and pragmatism are four main
type of research philosophy out of which use of positivistic is being proposed and seemed
suitable for current work. The justification behind the use of positive philosophy comprises of
the fact that it supports a practical and systematic easy of study to review out talent management
and its impact on employee productivity.
Research approach – Deductive set and inductive set are the two main forms and type of
research approach from which the making use of the deductive approach has been proposed for
current project. The selection of the deductive approach is based on the fact that it lead to better
scanning and testing of fact about rising needs and importance of talent management along with
being in line and coordinate with the positivistic philosophy (Nasar and et. al., 2022).
Research strategy- As per the nature of current study applying and making use of survey
strategy is most appropriate and suitable as it tend to facilitate and support a most effective way
of data collection and gathering with the help of questionnaire.
Choice of method- From the qualitative and quantitative set of research method use of
the quantitative method has been selected and proposed. The qualitative method is in-depth and

detailed in nature thus it is more complex and time consuming. Therefore, use of quantitative
method is proposed as it support easy data collection and analysis in numeric terms along with
leading measurable set of results (Masenya, 2022).
Data collection- Both primary as well as secondary source of data collection will be
applied. Primary source facilitates first-hand information through use of questionnaire.
Secondary source comprises of review of online article and journals to set a base and framework.
Sampling- a sample size of 35 participants would be selected from employees of Cosmos tour ltd
with the help of random method of sampling.
