Identifying the needs of individual student is important in boosting the morale and to
encourage the students towards learning. Planning provides them with opportunity to have
progress towards learning and providing the students with specific materials that is important to
use. It allows having the simplest use of learning and making it more accessible for learners and
teachers. Planning will help in designing the learning lessons that will based on the learning
styles for each individual (Chng, and Lund, 2018). This will allow differentiation. Moreover, the
lesson will be inclusive as planning will helps in setting clear standards for the learners

students with the help of certain activities. Activities will make them feel engaged with another
other and learn in proper way (Tsiripidis and et.al., 2018). Engaging with other students will
help them gain knowledge from various sources. Providing them different resources such as
certain props will act a visual learning aid and makes them learn in more practical format.
Lastly, assessment helps in having the verifying the knowledge gained by the students and the
points in which they lack in. Assessment will judge the students based on their amount of
knowledge gained from the lesson.
4.1 Importance of appropriate behaviour
Encouraging appropriate behaviour within classroom is about setting some ground rules
and support the learning process. It promotes well- being and safety to all whereas, exhibiting
inappropriate behaviour will make many individuals suffer. Respecting other will avoid the case
of offending any individual and developing good relation with them. Students at the early stage
will learn about what is right and wrong (Afanasieva, Rodionov and Vasilev, 2018). It is
important to create such awareness as the student will understand their boundaries and limits in
treating others. This will make them better individuals in the future. It will ensure every one to
be treated in fair way regardless of their gender, race and family background. Students will learn
to respect these differences and creating an inclusive atmosphere.

the teachers and there are several ways to do so. Teachers must begin with setting a clear set of
rules on how each individual must be treated. They must punish the students with any negative
attitudes so that they can learn it is wrong. Teachers must set good examples for the students by
treating all the staff with respect and equality while makings sure that each students is having
proper access to equal opportunity. Make the students form groups with students from different
culture. This way, they can learn about different cultures and mingle in the process.

6.1 Assessments used in education and training
Assessment is related to different activities that will help the students to learn. Each
assessment is important and exhibits different benefits. Different types of assessment includes:
4
Formative assessment: These are carried throughout the duration of the project and act
as an aid for learning. It includes providing feedback on the work done by the students before
the actual grading process (Elmahdi, Al-Hattami and Fawzi, 2018). It also involves taking
standardised tests and submitting the draft work. The purpose of such assessment is to check if
the students will understand the instructions before the actual submission.
Summative assessment: These taken place during the end time of project. It is useful in
assigning the course grade and for the purpose of evaluation. These assessments will summarise
the learning gained by the students and to determine if the students learned the subject well
enough (Panadero, Andrade, and Brookhart, 2018). Summative assessment is helpful in
assessing if the student has failed or passed in the class or within that particular subject.
Diagnostic assessment:It is related to the difficulties faced by the students at the end of
the learning process.
Initial assessment: Process of determining the learning needs of the students ad enabling
the students to make a lesson plan. Moreover, it determines the starting point for the learning
session.
Part D
Effectiveness of the teaching and learning approaches
it is very important to select the learning approaches in order to meet the individual
learning needs because needs of every learner is different so teacher has to find out that by using
which learning style they will be able to fulfil learning goals of their learner. As some students
understand the lesson when, teachers use images and videos in their learning practice. As they
feels that when they visualise things then it enhances their learning experience. In order to meet
the learning needs, assessor should have motivate their students. It is proved that motivation is
the best way to fulfil learning needs (Shaikh, Deraj and Sahito, 2019). As when teacher will
motivate students then it will enhance their focus towards learning. Teacher have to understand
that they cannot use same learning style to teach the students. With the time they also have to
update their learning styles or has to change them with the generation. It is not necessary that the
learning style which teachers have used in the previous batch will be helpful for current batch of
students also.

quickly and easily. Using technology will also fast the speed of learning process.
Drawbacks of ICT: when teaching is done by using information technology it can costs to the
institution. As adopting technology is always expensive.
benefits of Video: while teaching through video, it will become easy to express because
students will understand lot of things with the body language and expressions of their teacher.
While doing video chats there are lot of options which allow easy learning development like
teacher can share files etc.
Drawbacks of Video: strong internet connection and computer system is required (Khan, Lu
and Lau, 2017).
Importance of resources and assessment method in meeting learning needs-
if teachers want to meet the learning goals of the students then they require various
resources and equipments which they can use in their learning practice. As there are diverse
range of students which assessor have to handle. So that is why they require various assessment
tools for the same. Teachers while teaching should have follow ethical consideration and never
discriminate among students while teaching. Assessment method also involve observation. If

minimum core means every assessor should have knowledge of the language, numeracy
and various ICT skills. Minimum core skills are used by the teachers to improve their teaching
practice. In the planning process it is important to know about the learning requirements of the
learner so that plan can be made and improvements can be made in core skills. Teacher has to
make sure about the language they are using (van Atteveldt and Peng, 2018). It must be clear
and proper. While delivering the core skills, it is important to use different methods of teaching
like making poster, power point presentation, tables and images, group discussion etc. while
delivering lessons it is important to use various teaching methods. At the assessing stage,
implementation of core skills takes place. Teachers provide tasks to the students which can be
