INTRODUCTION
Teaching is defined as the process of attending learners needs, experiences and feelings
within the learning system (Ng and et.al., 2021).
Therefore, the report will analyse that there are different tasks which are explained in
detail among which Task A will describe aim of education and training in the specialist area
which is business. Liaising with other teachers and trainers will also be noted which will help in
understanding the role of teacher involved into the practice of being professional. Further, Task
B will be explained which will constitute impact of liaising with the other teachers and trainers
for the professional development. Moreover, Task C is reflective based which will help in
analysing own strengths and weaknesses with the framework of action plan to improve them.
MAIN BODY
Task A
1.1 Aims of education and training in own specialist area
The key aims of education and training in specialist area which is business identified as
how effectively and in appropriate manner the teaching is done and the learners are able to gain
knowledge and understanding for the subject being taught to them. The key aims of education
and training are -
To provide acquisition of knowledge, attitude and skills (Niemi, 2021).
To provide help to learners in adjust properly to their own environment.
These are the two major aims of education and training in own specialist area which is business.
This will help in teaching them how proper care and health concerns are provided and are taken
into consideration at large scale. It is very important to gain education and training in the
business which is the specialist area for providing learners proper knowledge and understanding
in significant manner.
1.2 Philosophical issues relating to education and training in specialist area
The philosophical issues which are related to education and training in business are
concerned as important and are addressed as below -

Decision making is one of the major issues which has been concerning the aspect of
incurring training and education in business at large scale.
Framing of curriculum becomes an issue while not able to understand the key aims of the
training and education to be provided to the learners (Buchanan and et.al., 2022).
The society and individual perspective is the major hindrance for the specialization in
business.
Critical thinking within the system of incurring training and education becomes the issue
while understanding and gaining knowledge in business concepts.
Therefore, these are some major philosophical issues relating to education and training in
business. This helps in addressing and understanding that it is very important that the key
concerns of the specialist area are understood.
2.1 Aims and structure of key qualifications in own specialist area
The aims and structure of key qualifications in business are defined as -
Aims of business —
To redefine business among the individuals. To identify the opportunities for growth and development in business (Shanafelt and
et.al., 2019).
Structure of key qualifications in business — The structure of key qualifications which are
required in business are — minimum 12th pass out, degree of MBA or BBA, working in
interdisciplinary teams and applying quality improvement in the structure of how effectively the
business concerns are related within the qualification. It is also required to involve and employ
into evidence based practice at large scale within the specialist area.
This is the main aim and structure of qualifications in the specialist area which is business
in appropriate and definite manner.
2.2 Aims and structure of learning programmes in business
The aims and structure of learning programmes in business are described as below -
Aims of learning programmes in business –
To provide knowledge and understanding towards business. To promote decision-making process among the individuals at large scale.

Structure of learning programmes in business — The structure of learning programmes framed
for learners includes — assigning the readings and research papers, formally preparing the
assignments for learners, learners should be able to understand what is to be done and how they
are performing it. Framing if regular work structure as how it is to be performed. This is what is
included within the learning programmes which also includes the activities in which the learners
are to participate. This helps in analysing and acquiring the aspects which are considered within
the system of how effectively there are concerns related to business and to provide knowledge to
the learners by teaching them.
4.1 Ways in which resources meet the individual needs of learners with new and emerging
technologies
There are certain resources which are required to provide the learners with appropriate
information and knowledge to meet the needs of learners with new and emerging technologies
within the specialist area which is business. These resources are — Learners are provided with
high quality classroom ready information with updated technology usage through usage of
computers, software and laptops appropriately (Mc Creanor, Naidoo and Chetty, 2022). Handy
tool such as listen aloud tool is very beneficial for the learners meeting their needs with the new
technology. The other tools which are inclined to technologies are mentioned as — mobile
technology, social networking and virtual learning environment which will help in meeting the
individual needs of the learners.
2.3 Approach to planning and preparation for the delivery of learning programme enabling aims
to be met
The major approach to planning and preparation for the delivery of learning programme which
helps in enabling aims to be met is done by framing and preparing the lesson plan which is based
on schemes of work, helping to identify the aim of the lesson, the learning outcomes will be
framed for the learners and the activities which are to be included within the learning programme
in appropriate manner. With the framework of lesson plan the aims for the learning process will
be met to provide effective learning to the learners along with providence of knowledge.

issues within the specialization which is business (Ally, 2019). The curriculum issues are
analysed and are addressed as — educational factors, technological factors, gender factors, social
factors, lack of academic research, absence of school teacher involvement, issues on curriculum
development. The role of new and emerging technologies is that it helps in providing the learners
the best knowledge and understanding towards business specialism. The technologies such as —
social networking, mobile technology and virtual learning environments.
3.1 Inclusiveness of own approach to planning and preparation of learning programme in
business
Inclusiveness of own approach to planning and preparation of learning programme in business
are addressed in the manner which helps in evaluating concerns regarding the learning made easy
for the learners and proper education provided to all learners within same environment.
Providing learning opportunities to the learners so that the planning and preparation of the lesson
plan is done accordingly. Incurring to proper knowledge and education to be provided to learners
by treating each and every learner equally becomes important for the learners to create value
within the learning programme.

5.1 Description of liaising with other teachers and trainers
The liaising with other teachers and trainers was good as there was analysis of how the
goals and objectives were shared with the level of ownership in process at large scale within the
process of educating the learners. By developing a sense of community collaboration with the
teachers and trainers was done effectively. By working though conflict liaising with other
teachers and trainers was done appropriately. Also, by framing the strategies for lesson plan
liaising with other teachers and trainers was done in significant manner. These are some major
collaborations which were made with the other teachers and trainers to ensure that the learners
are properly guided and are able to incur the knowledge with understanding within the
specialism (Collins, Azmat and Rentschler, 2019).
Collaboration and proper communication with the teachers and trainers have helped in
ensuring that how effectively the learners are to be provided with the best of education and
training within the business area. By discussing the context and ensuring the process of learning
to be made easy by the learners’ teachers collaborated and framed such lessons which will help
the learners gain information easily. Many strong and weak points of the other teachers and
trainers were identified which helped in analysing the improvement needed within the behaviour
of self and other teachers and trainers. There were many teaching skills which were learned from
the other teachers and trainers for teaching the learners within the specialized area. These factors
have impacted positively on the teachers and other trainers and has focused on the
communication and collaboration when made. Liaising with other teachers and trainers also
helps in improving the learners' success and contributes with them by framing the strategies
which is discussed with other teachers and trainers.
5.2 Reviewing the impact on own practice and professional development
By networking with other teachers and trainers there has been great impact on own
practice. It has been analysed that the process of education and making the learners meet their

appropriate manner adaptability towards learning was done. Therefore, own practice and
professional development within the specialism area which is business was being analysed
within the scales of development effectively and efficiently.

6.1 Effectiveness of own knowledge
The effectiveness of own knowledge is being considered within the teaching for business.
I was able to learn many things which are important for me to address within the aspect of how
effectively and in appropriate manner I am able to provide knowledge to the learners at large
scale. I have learned many new aspects and ways through which knowledge and skills are
improved at large scale. I have also identified that there are many strengths and weaknesses
which have been hindering my work and my professional development and practice. There are
many skills and attributes which I have been learning, and they are providing concerns which are
related to improving and enhancing my own knowledge at large scale (Bartleton, 2018). I am
also learning and improving my systems of how effectively and appropriate manner there are
concerns which are related to teaching within the specialism area which is business. Therefore, I

am able to make changes within the learning system which has been framed and this has been the
most important aspect of providing education and learning to the learners for the business.
6.2 Strengths and areas of professional development
There are some major strengths which I imbibe and these are I have good
collaboration skills, I am engaged towards my professional practice which is in specialism of
business, I also imbibe the important skill which is patience. These skills help me in
acknowledging and addressing to the key concerns which are related with the strengths which I
own within my professional practice by being a teacher. There are also some key areas of
development which are concerned as my weakness and these are — lack of technological skills,
lack of creativity and lack of communication. These are some major weaknesses which are to be
improved and enhanced within the professional development (Arnautu and Dagenais, 2021).
It is very important to analyse and identify the strengths and weaknesses so that there can
be improvements made in the areas of professional development. There are also concerns which
are related to how effectively and in appropriate manner the weaknesses are improved while in
the profession of teaching. The strengths and weaknesses have helped in improving the concerns
which are related to how the weakness is improved within the teaching process. I am also eager
and prominent towards improving my weaknesses.
6.3 Producing plan for improving and updating own knowledge and skills in business
The action plan will be framed which will help in analysing the weaknesses and how they
will be improved appropriately. The action plan is framed as follows -
