privatization. Telstra Corporation, as an organization in the telecommunication industry, offers
complete telecommunication services to its customers both in Australia and within the markets
abroad. The company offers to its customers; traditional telephone services, both long and local
distance services, develops and monitor telephone directors as well as pay-TV services via
Foxtel subsidiaries. The company also provided services to other carrier companies, includes
