Style of management will be divided in two partswhich are mentioned as beneath:Autocratic: According to this, entire power and control is in the hands of director whichmust be followed by staff members. They never allow workers to be a part of thejudgement process. If any kind of issue is being faced by staff members then they have tofollow instructions which are being provided by the superior.
