Workshop on Emotional Intelligence
Good morning everyone, hope you had some fresh snacks and tea served outside because we
need ignited minds over here to discuss in the workshop. But anyways how was the food?
Liked homemade snacks? Here I can listen few says yes and seeing few are just smiling and
few are giving weird expression, well, today we are going to learn emotional intelligence,
how one can control their emotional reactions and deal with people at workplace. I can see
many people having a good sense of EQ, however we are going to check it as well in the
upcoming activities.
In our everyday life, we can probably know people who have expertise in managing their
emotions in the most stressful situation, such as they never get angry rather focus on
possibility to come out of trouble. They never get confused with their intuitions and logic,
they exactly know when to follow their intuitions and they are observed to be the most
effective managers and an excellent decision maker such as Sunder Pichai, Bill gates, Jeff
Bezos, and Elon Musk of Tesla.
Would you like to be more like this?
Oh, Yes, I like your spirit, Let’s start learning the same. So, we are going to start our
workshop by conducting test to assess the current level of your emotional intelligence.

reason behind the reaction
Managing emotions – The stage where you can focus on your goals and work even in

Motivating yourself – The ability to make yourself understand to accept the setbacks or
failures and stand up again for a new challenge
Empathy- To understand the people’s emotions and situation
