2Hazev, Haz and Tas Case Scenario Hazev, Haz and Tas has been the concern of the entire scenario. The restaurant has 21 food and beverages operations around the globe. Cafes and bars are the major highlights of these organizations that are based in New Zealand. Introduction of digital technology has been the major concern for the processing of the entire business organization. Digital technology is to be implemented in the financial field as well as the marketing field, which willprovideadvantagesaswellasdisadvantages.Thisreportwilldiscussaboutthe functionality of Hazev, Haz and Tas. Different classical management theories The different classical management theories include scientific management theory, administrative management theory and the bureaucratic theory. The Scientific theory was industrialised by Fredrick Taylor, in the year 1911 (Hsu, Wiklund and Cotton 2017). This management theory includes the functioning of temporal factors and the proper investigation. According to Taylor Fredrick, scientific management theory will act as a solution to all the problems that are related to business. This management theory will also help in bettering of the business management of Hazev, Haz and Tas. Administrative management theory was stated by Fayol in the year 1916 (Remaneet al.2016). This theory deals with six functions and the fourteen-management principle as per the requirement of the business organization. The six management functions that are taken into consideration includes predicting, planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating and monitoring. These steps are performed in a serial method. This is the foremost cause that the functioning of the development will get performed as per the completion of the process. This guarantees the fact that the organization of the development will get achieved as per the results that are estimated by the management section. In the initial stage the predicting the outcome of the project will is performed. In case the management of the business organization plans before starting of the project the main advantage that will be received is having a better understanding of the risks that might affect the functioning of the project. This guarantees the datum that the functioning of the project will be performed in manner that will helps in stopping of wasting resources. After planning of the project organizing of the project will be performed (Hesset al.2017). This guarantees the circumstance that the administration of the project will get easy as per the completion of

Developing of proper coordination will increase the efficiency in the commencement of the project. Despite having a proper coordination among the employees of Hazev, Haz and Tas, monitoring the employees in a better manner helps in increase their motivation and hence the project will get confirmed as per the process enhancement. Bureaucratic theory also ensures that social and economic aspect of the project is taken into consideration. This guarantees the circumstance that the organization of the business organization gets functional as according to this theory the main central that will be received includes better understanding of the requirements and hence planning of the project. This guarantees the circumstance that the administration of the project will get achieved in an improved method (Yinqi and Baizhou 2017). Role of leaders and different leadership styles The different roles that are included in the process includes inspiring trust among the employees of the organization. This ensures the fact that the employees of the organization will be having higher motivation and hence performance of the employees will get better. Creating of vison is also considered as a main role of the leaders. The leaders are responsible developing strategies as per the completion of the project.This includes the fact that the management of the development will get achieved as per the strategies that are set by the leaders. This is one of the major reason that the functioning of the project will get executed as per the planning that is performed by the leader in charge (Barrettet al.2015). Unleashing the ability of the employees are also the main role of the leaders. In case the potentials of the employees are not well retrieved the main issue that will be present includes gaining of better results. Hence Hazev, Haz and Tas will be getting benefitted after the deployment of proper leadership quality. This is one of the major reasons that leadership has been benefitting the entire business management process. Different styles of leadership include Autocratic leadership, democratic leadership and Strategic leadership. With regards to the fact that the performance of the employees can be checked, the entire scenario of the project will get benefitted. This section also includes the fact that the communication process in between the employees of the organization will also get benefitted from the process.
