The present study is about hospitality industry that includes business of tourism industry,
restaurant business and other service provider companies. Carnival Corporation and plc is
American business that provides leisure services to customers. In this report, a financial
statement of bar on a cruise ship is shown. A recommendation about adoption of key
performance indicator and a talent management plan to be followed by it. Further, it also shows a
performance management plan, training requirements as per the laws, legal and ethical
consideration and their impact over the business. Moreover, the study also shows a memo
providing exploring of functional roles of different sectors and a brief analysis of
communication, coordination and monitoring methods of the business.
