integration among people, government and companies at global level. It is very useful in order to
bring advancement in transportation and communication technology.
5.2 Recommendation

as follows :-
The countries should adopt the process of globalisation that aids to provide more job
opportunities to individual at international level. Thus, human resource to the enterprise
must arrange better interview facilities so that work can be conducted effectively.
Globalisation must adapt as it bring economic growth to the country by focusing over
integration of global companies as well as flow of trade and capital across the national

In order to conduct research on Marks and Spencer there were several methods that were
used by scholar. Under this, interpretivism philosophies have been used in order to interpret the

elements of study. Besides this, inductive approach has been used to generalise the conclusion on
better approach. To be more effective research has used descriptive technique in order to have
detailed reporting. In order to carry out effective information, primary data collection method has
been used by conducting survey so that fresh and current data and information can be gathered.
Therefore, to save time and cost random sampling technique was used along with thematic
analysis under probabilistic method so that effective survey can be undertaken.
Furthermore, researcher has used qualitative technique so that depth investigation can be
conducted with selected number of respondents.
6.2 Consider research methods that could have been used.
In order to carry out the investigation on "positive economic, cultural and ethical impact
of globalisation on human resources”. The research can use methodologies so that depth
investigation can be carried out. In this, research could have used positivism approach as under
this investigation is based on experiments and statistics. Thus, he could also have use of
deductive approach to have more generalised data in depth manner. On the other hand,
researcher could have used techniques as SPSS and statistical tools so that reliable data can be
generated. In this, researcher could also have used quantitative technique with help of carrying
out statistical analysis so that detailed reporting can be conducted.
6.2 Areas for further consideration.
The present report is based on to determine the impact "positive economic, cultural and
ethical impact of globalisation on human resources". Thus, this research will gather the depth
investigation and this will help to carry out the further investigation in detailed aspect. In the
future, research can have detailed reporting and he also has idea about the impact of globalisation
on working of enterprise.
