INTRODUCTION
The concept of Health as well as care topic generally depends on different contexts and
perspectives (Belle and et.al., 2015) . Thus, health and social care depends on the opinion, ideas
of the involved parties, preferences in the health care and social system. Quality is a crucial
aspect to the users as well as service provides and also various other stakeholders in the circle. It
is considered an attempt to improve services as well as reduces the strains (financial), efforts that
are normally provided guarantee an aim of preventing expensive and unnecessary care charges.
Present Report lay emphasis on the different perspective of quality within relation of health as
well as social care services. It also focuses on strategies for accomplishing quality and also
analysis system ,procedures, policies within health and social care. Furthermore, it understands

The idea behind to implement standardization is to advance activities so that there is a
guarantee in quality within care environments. It is too general to tackle this kind of subject
than there is a focus on a broad area of specialization that involves quality within terms if
assurance, audit, management , functionality ,control. Standards from NICE,CQC,Code of
practice as well as NMC are all in assuring quality to increase the users (Liu and et.al., 2016).
All of these factors can seek to transform social and Health care to help humanity within
endeavors. Quality assurance audit,control,in specified ,are also which are used to ensuring the
quality that can be guaranteed so that patient's can be stay safe (Rose, 2018). Extensive approach
must be followed through health as well as social care that can assist both the ideas of NHS and
wider health as well as social care systems. Health as well as social care facilities have to work
