INTRODUCTION
In an organization there are various types of conflicts which occur between employees. So
this conflict highly impact on performance of workers and goals and objectives. So the manager
is required to have in-depth knowledge about conflict management and other techniques in
managing workforce. this enables in performing various task in effective way (Aleksandrova,.
and Iskrev, 2019). along with that there are various coaching techniques which needs to be
adopted and applied by manager. this is because it enables in guiding and directing employees to
work in effective way. apart from that with the help of these techniques conflicts are solved. the
use of techniques depend on manager capability and skills.

in order to gaining benefit from it. therefore it is important for company to find out the root cause
of conflict so that it can be solved. when conflicts occur it highly impact on overall organization
culture as well as employee productivity (Valdez, and Queroda, 2019). Therefore it requires
burberry to understand what conflict management is and how it can be useful in solving
conflicts. Conflict management in an organisation is really necessary as conflict can lower down
the productivity and operational efficiency of the organisation. For this firm needs to be engaged
in understanding the reason because of which conflicts are been arising. This will assist in
knowing about the base because of which conflict is rising. Effective conflict management skills
to maintain a positive workplace relationship with colleagues and create a healthy work
environment. In order to manage conflict there can be different coaching techniques which can

Burberry teams are been engaged in doing their work and meeting the deadlines, but their
productivity is been lower down as team members are not listening to each other and blaming
