Topic: “Implementing corporate social responsibility within firm to attain the sustainable objectives”
Background of the study:
Corporate social responsibility is that responsibility that are taken by corporation for the social wellbeing
and it directly impacts on environment positively. It involves a short term expenses that do not delivered financial
benefits to the organisation but it only promotes environment change as well as social responsibility. Thus, it assists
the firm to gain competitive advantages and also understand significance of CSR activities (Bryman and Bell, 2014).
It should implement within the workplace for the purpose of understanding that staff worker get the effective
benefits from CSR activities or not. In the present assignment there is a study in the context of Nisa Retail Store
relating to CSR activities. The research is carried out for the significance of CSR and how they are interrelated with
the competitive advantages that are needed to be understand.

 Cost: In order to implement this CSR project successfully it is essential for project manager that to look
upon the budget and cost of overall project. Project manager has to examine this element well and have to
allocate financial resources effectively. This can help in minimizing unnecessary expenditures and can
support in completing this project within estimated cost.
 Risk: CSR implementation project is associated with some risk such as human resource risk, technological
risk, scheduling risk, scope risk, financial risk etc. It is the responsibility of the project manager that to
make effective planning so that these risk do not take place in the organization and project manager can
complete this project on time.
 Resources: Project manager of CSR implementation project will require financial resources, technical
resources, physical resources etc. These resources will help in meeting with the objective.
