INTRODUCTIONWith a change in course of time market has become dynamic in nature. In order to gainmaximum profit companies are using various tools and technologies. Understanding and leadingchange helps an organisation in knowing the modification in market area so that they can preparea proper plan and strategies which firm can follow so as to achieve their objectives (Aslan andReigeluth, 2013). Marriott Hotel belongs to hospitality sector and is one of the leadingcompanies in United Kingdom. In this report, comparison between two organisation is beingdone so that they can know about the strategies that have implemented. Other than this, internaland external drivers is included in this assignment so as to see the changes that may affectleadership, team and behaviour within the organisation. Apart from this, various measures isincluded in order to reduce the negative impact of change in a company. TASK 1P1 Different organisational operational strategies after making alterations in a firmChange in any form helps a company in making proper strategies according to the needsand wants of their customers. So, it is an essential element for an organisation, to go with thecurrent market situations. This will assist the enterprise in gaining their objectives and goals inspecific timer period. For this, companies uses various tools and techniques so that they candeliver their best services and facilities to their customers. Although change is always good butsometimes it plays a negative role for an organisation. Thus, it is necessary for them to provideservices so as to fulfil the satisfaction level of consumers. In order to conduct their business operation in smooth manner it is essential that theyaccept all the modification in terms of governmental rules, social, economical and many more.Marriott hotel is taking feedbacks and reviews from their customers so that they can makechanges to their best if necessary. In this hotel. 226,500 numberof employees are working and along with this they are assisting the organisation in gainingmaximum profits. Hilton Hotel:This organisation was founded in the year 1919, by Conrad Hilton and is one of theleading hotels around the globe with around 570 hotels and resort in approximately 85 countries.It is considered as the best in hospitality sector. Other than this, company is providing bothbusiness and leisure travellers in various locations. Some of the strategies are mentioned below in order to differentiate between the servicesprovided by them:StrategiesMarriottHilton HotelCompetenceChange is a prime factor whichcompany should see from timeto time. So, it is essential thatthey provides services as perthe needs and wants of theirguest (Foltin and Keller,2012).
