INTRODUCTIONChange is referred to a process or result of becoming different. They are unpredictableand can pose both negative and positive impact on organisational effectiveness. If it has positiveeffect on organisation then superiors should inculcate that they are implemented withinorganisation strategy and functioning and ensure that every employees are working according tonew modifications (Anderson and Anderson, 2010) . Apple is a multinational technologycompany and was founded in 1976. It's headquarter is situated in California, U.S. Theymanufacture different electronic items such as Apple I phone, tabs, computers, etc. Theyimplement recent changes in their strategies of production and manufacture innovative products.They have establishes a strong market in world of electronics and gadgets and give toughcompetition to other similar company like Samsung. This assignment will mainly focus oncomparison between different organisation and their strategies and certain ways in which internaland external drivers of change affect leadership and individual behaviour. Different measurewhich minimise negative impact of change is mentioned under this project. Barriers for changeand how they influence leadership decision making and different leadership approaches whichare implemented to deal with changes are described under this project.TASK 1P1 Impact of changes on organisation's strategy and operationsAn enterprise will facing various changes in their current strategies and policies, processand company main goals are taken place within effective business environment. There are twodifferent organisation that can affect on various changes that are describe as under:Apple- It is the largest American multinational technology firm which are situated inUnited kingdom. They are design, develop and sell customers electronics, software and onlinefacilities. Also they are providing various products such as I phone, smartphone, iPad and manyother electronic items. It is necessary for company is to provide best quality products andservices to their customers (Aslan and Reigeluth, 2013). Example- In this sector, customers mainly demand for latest technical products. Appleneed to acquire accurate data and information for doing various changes which directly impacton their demand and requirements in effective manner.

Effect of modification on organisation's strategies and operations- There is some changesin the market such as customer demand, market need, alteration in business environment thataffect on company policies and strategies. Motorola- It is the multinational organisation which is based in United kingdom. Theyare design and sold wireless network techniques such as cellular transmission base station. Theyhave broadcast network products such as set-up box, digital video recorders and networkequipment which used to enable video broadcasting, computer telephony and HD television.These items are offer to their customers in the large market place. Example- Motorola require to manage and maintain all business operations and functionsaccording to their customers needs and demands. They can conduct effective marketing activitieswhich assist in analysing and examining whole functions in proper manner (Bingham and Main,2010) . Impact of changes on enterprise's strategies and operations- Changes is leading activityand major factor that help in improving company policies and strategies for evaluating wholeworking approach as per their market need. With the help of this process, firm can face variouschallenges which help in getting competitive advantages. TASK 2P2 Internal and external drivers of change which has impacts on leadership, team and individualbehaviourChanges are uncertain and unpredictable which greatly impact on organisationproduction, sales, profits, strategies, operation, goals, objectives, etc. To retain market positionand to stay ahead in market, company has to make constant updates to their strategies andtechnologies. They have to remain updated of what's going on in the market and which changecan provide them with benefits and profits. Apple have a strong reputation and hold in themarket and implement all the necessary changes in their technologies and manufacturesomething innovative which is new for everyone. Due to this they have gain maximum marketshare and loyal customers (Branson, 2010) . There are internal and external drivers which affectson company's leadership, team, individual, strategies, production, etc. It is the responsibility of aleader to keep their company updated with new changes so that hey can give command
