INTRODUCTION
Human resource development is activity which enhance productivity of a person to achieve
objectives and goals of the organisation. In this way, every organisation try to maintain
sustainability of people through provide them proper training to enhance their skills and
knowledge at workplace (Klingner, Nalbandian and Llorens, 2015). With the help of these
qualities, every enterprise can easily make concentration at workplace to make productivity. In
respect to this, present report is based on Hilton hotel which provide various types of hospitality
services within the nation. They have more than 170 outlets in which 900 employees are working
over there.
For gaining insight knowledge of the company, present report covers different types of
learning style at workplace. Furthermore, it describe about role of the learning curve and its
importance which transfer at workplace. Moreover, it includes advantages and disadvantages of
training method which can be used at workplace. In addition to this, it demonstrate the success of
evaluation method. At last, it also includes role of government in training and development of
employee at workplace.

1.1 Compare the different learning style
Learning style assist to learn various new things which describes to achieve goals and
objectives at workplace. There are different types of learning style take place at workplace of
Hilton hotel. They are as follows:
Kolb learning style: Learning style refers as preference for particular phase of experimental
learning style. In this aspect, employee learn in a process in which knowledge is create with the
help of transformation of experience (Kuhlmann, Batenburg and Larsen, 2013). This model
cover four element as a stages which are as follows:
Concrete experience: In this type of stage, people learn with interpreting existing
performances at workplace. They are work very good at workplace of Hilton good with
complexity (Ciegis, Ramanauskiene and Martinkus, 2015).
Reflective observation: Reflector people are degenerate ideas in a broad way to develop
culture interest. Their thinking and doing capabilities experiment with new ideas. In
addition to this, they are also work with practical experience.
