SUMMARYHuman resource development are liable to develop employees as well as performance ofemployees through providing suitable training and learning programs on regular basis. Thepresent assignment is all about the importance of HRD in achieving growth and success ofHSBC. The project also included different learning styles and theories which need to be appliedby HRD experts before conducting training programs. The project also summarise the roles of government in adopting contemporary traininginitiatives in order to develop skills and knowledge of employees working in an organisation.
