1.0. Introduction
1.1. Background to the study
The main aim of conducting this research is to understand the role of talent management in
leading better future and growth of business enterprise. Employees are the essential assets of an
organization as are important for company success and their overall growth in marketplace.
Talent management is a crucial concept for every business enterprise because it mainly supports
in gaining the competitive advantage along with developing healthy culture at working premise
(Levy, 2021). To complete this project Hotel Hilton is to be taken that is a leading hospitality
company. It is a multinational brand who offers services in all over the globe. The company was
founded on 1919 by Conrad Hilton where 173000 employees are working to enhance the growth
of business in the competitive marketplace.

The aim of this current research work is, “To determine the role of talent management
frameworks within better growth of a firm along with analysis of its future implications within
an organisation”. A case study on Hilton Hotel

The reason of conducting this research report is to understand the fact related to talent

researcher on personal and professional terms. In terms of personal terms this research helps in
improving the several skills and competencies such as interpersonal skill, managerial skills etc.
