Solnet and Robinson, 2019). Additionally it will also support in determining talent management
practices that a hotel can adopt to manage its employees effectively for maximizing the outcome.

questions based on talent management through evaluation of various online articles, books and
journal.
To study the concept of talent management
2

According to the view point of Ghosh (2019), concept of talent management refers yo as
methodically organised strategic process for placing the right person or talent in the organisation
together with helping theses employees to grow new and better skills for improving the whole
performance of workers. The process of talent management includes various steps like effective
planning, attracting better talents, selecting most competent candidates, developing and
maintaining their skills and competencies, etc. Thus, this can be evaluated that talent
management is crucial concept for all organisation as it facilitates improvement in overall skills
and capabilities of employees and workforce that ensure better growth and success for
organisation.
To evaluate the implications and impacts of talent management on success of an hospitality
organisation
As per the view point of Llamas (2018), talent management is essential for all
organisation as it lead to effective recruitment, managing, processing and retaining the talented
and excellent employees in organisation. Thus, can be evaluated that talent management
facilitates positive implications and impacts on success of an hospitality organization. The
biggest advantage or positive impact of talent management is that enhance the creativity and
innovation level of an organisation and makes a hospitality firm better and superior than its

management of talent within an organisation.
As per the opinion of Anderson (2018), both managers and leaders plays a crucial role in
effective talent management as mangers provide most suitable context for training of employees
while leaders motivate their subordinates to learn. Beside this, manager and leader are also
responsible for monitoring the complete learning process and also timely evaluate the learning
system to develop new knowledge and skills in its learner. Beside this, manager plays a vital role
in recruiting a right talent through applying and adopting an effective recruitment and selection
system through determining the talents which is already embedded in organisation and also lead

to further development of these talents through converting potential capacity required for needed
abilities. Further, leader facilitates better motivation and guidance for employees to support their
training, education, on job experience and other learning process to improve individuals
competencies in line along with respective talent within required level of competency for their
job position (Gupta, 2019). Thus, it can be evaluated that both managers and leaders have
important role in effective management of talent within an organisation as mangers lead to
formulation of effective learning and training programmes and strategies while leaders motivates
employees to improve their performance and to learn new skills in a more effective manner.
P2) Examine more suitable research methods and approaches to primary & secondary research
Research methodology is consider to be significant part of a research which involves set
of methods or techniques that a researcher use to perform their investigation appropriately by
getting a direction regarding set of actions to be performed in context of gathering, evaluating
and explanation the information effectively (Green, Camilli and Elmore, 2012). Type of research
tools used for this investigation are mentioned below:
Type of investigation:- A research is conducted in two manner such as qualitative and
quantitative. Among them quantitative investigation method will be used by investigator while
gathering information. This is so because it support in presenting numerical facts within the
gathered information in term of presenting the accuracy about particular information.
Research approach: Within an investigation, data is evaluated with the support of either
inductive or deductive approach. But for performing this research deductive approach will be
used which is suitable for analysis of quantitative data in more effective manner (Kumar, 2019).
Additionally, deductive approach is helpful in analysing the information over some of the chosen
area while inductive approach focuses toward performing in depth study which is very time
consuming.
Research philosophy- The research philosophy mainly provide certain set of assumption
regarding the development of knowledge and performing of an investigation. A research
philosophy are mainly of two type i.e. interpretivism and positivism. From them positivism
philosophy will be used as it support an investigator in presenting quantitative data effectively.
Research strategy- For performing an investigation effectively it is crucial for researcher
to adopt better strategy that assist in gathering the data in effective manner. Strategies used for
performing investigation are observation, case study, focus group, surveys, questionnaire, etc.
