patients are encountered by healthcare professionals (Robinson and et. al., 2015). For managing
situations in an appropriate way, health and social care executives should ensure the use of good
communication as well as interpersonal skills. The report covers various legislations that are
made by the government to measure practices related to health and safety in firms. Use of
intervention tools in promoting positive behaviour is also defined in this project.
