management and many more (Tio, 2020). For this report, Wisdom Limited company is contained
which is established in 1966 Haverhill , UK . This firm is a manufacturer of personal care
products. The main concern of this project is determining job application process; significance of
employee relation & employee engagement, employment legislation is discuses.

In order to accomplish more profitability rate then it is necessary for the companies to pay
more attention on their employees and also try to establish a healthy relationship with them.
Wisdom Limited is a manufacturing company which mainly deals with many employees on the
daily basis. Some specific importance about the employee relation in context of wisdom Limited
are discussed below -
Evolvement of satisfaction level of employees - Employees relation will helpful to im-
prove the job satisfaction of every individuals which can help full to improve their moral
so that they can perform their job without any pressure. Wisdom Limited managers need
to create good relationship with their team members and also so give them right direction
toward their job role so that they can properly maintain their task and also give their ac-
tive participation in the decision making of the HRM (Bhowal and Saini, 2019). Increase organizational productivity - To maintain the good position in the market and
also gain more competitive advantages so it is necessary to maintain good relation with
their employees because it is considered that employees are the key of success. Wisdom
Limited pay more attention to their workforce and also accumulate them proper training
sessions so that they can constantly improve their performance level so that they can pro-
vide good suggestions to manage in the decision making. High potential employees are
