CONCLUSION
The current report is prepared to conduct the review on business activities managed by
the organisations operating in different departments. It is found that there are many areas in
which the activities conducted by them are analysed. For conducting the research in precise
manner, Morrison which is the fourth largest supermarket chain of the UK is taken into account.
From the study, it can be articulated that the organisation is complying with the professional
standards in adequate manner in all the aspects. As observed from the current work, use of
models such as total quality management and lean model assures the effective utilisation of
resources and assurances of quality of services extended by the employees and the organisation
in different areas. On the other way, use of effective review method for the monitoring and
controlling to regulate the quality standards is made. Lastly, it has been found that it is
lucratively achieving the determined goals and objectives through SMART objectives as defined.
