help they in enhancing skills as well as they also guide in developing effective as well as
successful career in future (Baldwin, Omdal and Pereles, 2015). Moreover, coach, mentor and
teacher also help students or individual so that they can attain their desire goal as well as these
people also aid in resolving issues of students. This report is based on the understanding
effectiveness of coach, mentor and teacher in the life of students like Lissa, Cassie and Aran.
Topics included in this report are responsibilities, effectiveness and differences among the coach,
teacher and mentor as well as it will also include selection strategies for meeting needs of a
learner, resource needed by multi agency approach and factors influence referral process. Along
with this, it will also include process involved in one to one coaching, mentoring and teaching,
effectiveness of one to one teaching and learning situation, areas for improvement as well as
action plan related to it.
