development (Agergaard, 2018). In this report, there is discussion related to the purpose of
resources and their effectiveness in teaching. The principles of resource design and some theories
and models of curriculum design are important part of this report. Along with that, legal
requirements and implications of intellectual property rights and copyright for developing
resources is part of this report. The use of technology in developing the resources is also
discussed in the report. In the last part of this report, there is evaluation related to own strengths
and weakness that will help to develop CPD plan.

teaching and learning are as follows:
