Managing food and beverage operations are defined as managing and controlling
different areas associated with the food and beverage sector. This report is based on the case
study of The Hungry Panda in respect to its food and beverage services. The organisation has
been involved in food and beverage services in United Kingdom. Henceforth, this report
would emphasis over different businesses operated in the food and beverage sector of United
Kingdom. Different types of ratting systems associated with the food and beverage sector will
also discuss in this project. Impacts of current and future trends related to the food and
beverage sector will also demonstrate in this project. Impacts of different tools and
technologies over organisation to support the competitive advantage will also demonstrate in
this project. Factors influence the customer’s decisions in respect to choosing a certain food
and beverage product. Different strategies to attract the loyal customers will also suggest in
this project.

Food and beverage sector has been involved in delivering different businesses. All
such business can be demonstrated in the following points.
Restaurants: Restaurant is a part of the food and beverage sector. This is among the key
business idea part of the food and beverage sector (Akpa and et.al., 2020). It involves
delivering the best quality food and beverages to all the customers. Restaurant has become
the well spread chain in the entire food and beverage sector at the global level.
Hotel accommodation: Hotel accommodation is among the most successful food and
beverage sector businesses. These organisations allow it guest to stay at the place while
travelling. Restaurant offers all types of services such as food, beverages, alcohol and many

is followed. On the basis of the guest satisfaction level at the hotel this ratting system
monitors the performance of organisation. Before booking the stay guest look at these ratings

monitor the services of restaurant and hotels. This rating system measure all areas related to
