INTRODUCTION
This report will discuss about resources used in teaching and effectiveness of effective
resources. Further it will explain principles of resource design and models used in
resource development. It will analyse that how technology is used in fulfilling the
individual learning needs. it will also discuss ways in which resources are stored and
legal requirements in the use of resources. At the end of report it will develop plan
which is used for improvement.
MAIN BODY
Task A
Resources purpose in teaching
Resources plays important role in learning and teaching. resource helps in supporting
the learning of differentiated tasks. Resources like pictures can be used by teachers for
explanation because it brings easy understanding (Claro and et.al., 2018). Teachers
should have build ICT skills because through this they can use technology while
teaching. Teachers should have motive students for learning. Sometimes teachers also
uses charts in their teaching practice. By using charts teachers can easily teach
statistics to their learners. Teacher should have promote independent learning so that
learning in the students can be enhanced.
Effectiveness of specific resources in meeting learning needs.
Specific resources are required to make teaching practice more interesting and
effective. It is important that content which is taught in the class by teachers should
have specific knowledge for that. It is needed that teachers should have build or
develop skills so that they can match with the learners abilities. It is important that
teacher should have teach in effective manner and also should have involves learners.
Using new technology like projection, internet etc can be helpful in bringing effective
teaching. Every individual have different learning style so that is why teacher should
have mould their teaching practice.
Principles of resource design
Meeting learning needs-

it is the duty of teachers to meet their learners needs. Every learner have different
learning ability (Falloon, 2020). So it is important that teacher identify their learning
ability of their students so that they can mould teaching practice accordingly.
VARK learning style-
VARK includes visual, auditory, reading and kinesthetic. As per this model it says that
learners are of four types. As per this model learners learn effectively when the
teaching practice matches with the learning style.
Evaluation of resources
teachers can explore teaching practice with their colleagues so that they can making
improvement in their own teaching practice. They can also use internet in order to take
special knowledge about their subject which they are teaching. Network can build with
specialists so that new teaching technique can be learnt.
Models and theories of curriculum design used in resource development
for the resource development there are various principles or models which can be used.
In order to provide knowledge to the students, teachers can use power point. With the
help of power point they can explain the topic more effectively. Use of technology is
important in teaching in today's world because it helps in making the teaching practice
effective. Maslow hierarchy of needs models can be used by the teachers to identify
needs of the students (Lawrence and Tar, 2018). If their needs are identified then it will
become easy for teachers to teach them. Virtual learning environment should have
encourage because it makes learning faster.
Steps in which resources can be adapted
changing colour of paper-
when teaching is done with the help of charts then it is important that the colour of chart
paper should be light.
Altering font size and type-
if the font size and type which is selected by teacher is not helping students to learn
than it should be changed as per the comfort of the learners (Wingo, Ivankova and
Moss, 2017).
Using images in teaching-

when teacher will use image in their teaching then it improves the learning habit of the
students. It is the inclusive approach which is helpful in business management.
Task B
Ways of classifying and storing resources
Re spruces can be stored electronically which should be restricted access which means
that people which are allowed can only access those resources. The reason of limited
access is because for the security purpose. Limited access will decrease leakage of
important information. There are various storage discs available in the market in which
resources can be stored.
Classification of resources-
clear classification of the resources should be there so that it can be easily get
retrieved in the future. Management of resources is also complex task but managing
resources will be helpful in attaining teaching goals (Okeke and Mtyuda, 2017).
Ways of sharing resources
there are two ways through which resources can be shared with learning professionals
which are assessment and standardisation of course material. Social networking will
also helps in sharing resources with professionals. Nowadays intranet is used for
common data sharing. Training can be also given to the teachers so that they can learn
skills which are important for teaching.
Legal requirements and responsibilities related to the development of resources
there are various responsibilities and legal requirements which are equality act,
plagiarism, data protection act, safeguarding, copyright legislation etc. teachers in their
teaching practice should have make sure that they are not using copyright materials. As
using copyright materials are required permission so it cannot be used directly (De
Sousa, Richter and Nel, 2017). It is important that teacher should ensure that they do
not discriminate with their students on the basis of age, colour, religion, race etc. they
should have consider every students equal and everyone should have treat equal in the
classroom. Students should have been provided healthy and safety environment and it
is the duty of teachers to ensure it.

Implication of intellectual property rights and copyright for development of resources
intellectual property rights is the legal rights which is given to the business for creating
something unique. The common intellectual property rights are trade marks, patents,
copyrights etc. it is important that organisation should have spread awareness about
the intellectual rights of others. Without the permission no one can use others
intellectual property. As copyright legal system makes restrictions for copying any
material.
Task C
Designing resources which meet individual learning needs
in order to meet the learning needs in business management case studies method and
use of models by teachers will be helpful in meeting the students learning needs. By
using case study teacher can explain specific topic to the students. With the help of
videos or projector which comes under technology only teacher can meet learning
needs of their students. When technology is involved in teaching than teacher can
teach through visual methods which makes learning easy.
Technology is used by teachers so that they can more easily explain topic to the
learners. Example if teacher will use images in their teaching process then it will
encourage learning process.
Employing resources which meet learning needs
in order to teach, teachers can use commercial packages and tools and equipments for
teaching business management. In teaching tools, teachers can use charts, images,
boards etc so that learning can be enhanced (Spiteri and Rundgren, 2020). Usage of
computer effectively which helps in making learning easy and effective.
Various teaching software are installed in the computer system which helps teachers in
delivering their topic. When teachers uses software for teaching then it saves time and
efforts of teachers.
Part D
Evaluating effectiveness of own practice
it is important to use certain resources so that individual learning needs can be
satisfied. Swot analysis model should be used by teachers in which they can identify
students strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats (Bezanilla and et.al., 2019).

This model will help teachers to deliver the lesson more effectively. Visual learning
should be promoted because it helps in making learning practice fast and effective.
Students should have provided various learning opportunities by their teachers so that
they can grow. Flexibility should be implemented in the learning practice because it will
help in learning more fast and effective.
Identifying strengths and improvement areas in relation to use of resources
while using any resource which helps in teaching, it is important that teacher should
have used it with confidence. When teaching is done with full confidence then it also
helps students in learning effective. Information and communication technology is
evolving so that is why teachers can use it in their teaching practice.
There are also various skills which is not present in the teachers so that is why teacher
should have identify those skills which is absent in them and try to develop those skills
so that they can deliver their lessons effectively (Al Jabri, Silvennoinen and Griffiths,
2018). Resources which is provided to them should have also use whenever required.
