Yes Chemist Pty Ltd. is company that deals with the sale of pharmaceutical products to

the company is reliant on manual operations with most of the processes manually operated.

Risk and Issues
One of the main issues that have arisen since the last status report is the delay in the
development of the project plan. Initially, it was estimated that the development of the project
plan will require 2 working days but due to issues in the team including absence of team
members, errors in estimation and others. The delay was extended such that the
development of the project plan took 1 week for completion instead of 2 days. While it is
desired that there should be no more issues in the later part of the project, the delay in this
activity only will result in some complications in the next parts of the project. Not only some
or all of the pending project activities will be delayed further, the cost of the project will also
increase significantly. Again, it cannot be ensured that any further issues or problems will not
further occur in the project. However, one step can be undertaken to identify all the possible
issues that may occur in the next part of the project so that suitable actions can be taken to
minimise the chances of occurrences of these issues. In spite of these actions, there will still
be some minor or major issues but overcoming them without much losses will require
organisational readiness while running the project. It is also the duty of the project manager
to monitor the progress of the project and ensure the issues and risks are not causing delays
or budget overshoot in the project.
