collar. The project will be helpful for the pet owners and it will generally help them the facility
of tracking their pets quite easily. In order to organize the advertisement campaign, number of
assumptions are generally made and as per the assumptions, the campaign will be completed
within the estimated budget and time by following proper scope of the project. In addition to this,
it is found that the project faces number of issues and challenges including schedule slippage,
budget shortfall, improper management as well as due to absence of experienced team members.
