reduce the job-related workload, stress and also developing a balanced and sustainable work
environment simultaneously sustaining workforce well-being and wellness. Work life balance is
helpful to improve the employee engagement and enhance the productivity of the employees.
It is determined that the process of associating the individuals in an economic business is mainly
known as employee engagement. Workers well-being is prominent and also considered as the
factor in determining how an employee's can work, responsibilities, and also focuses on the
positive working environment because which affects their overall performance, productivity and
efficiency level. It encompasses all aspects of working life balance and career, including the
setting in which workers operates, the climate in which they operate, and that an employee feels
about the day-to-day job. As an outcome, work-life balance and employee retention are critical
for an organization's ability to keep workers at work for extended periods of time.
