INTRODUCTION
Organizational structure are those important blueprints which tell about the functioning
and management of organizations and passing of info in company internally. It is a diagram or
chart which depicts logistics of the organization. Selecting of suitable structure for organization
depends on large number of factors like industry in which organization fits in, size of the
organization and goals of the organization and many others. Traditionally structures of company
are very simple but rigid also and takes enough time for passing the information whereas new
structures pass info and direction horizontally and ideal for big organizations. Organizational;
culture is refereed to as the corporate culture known as the values,attitudes,behaviour and beliefs
and also contribution to companies social and emotional environment of work. Culture of the
company is very unique and very hard to change and includes of written and unwritten rules and
regulations which has developed over a period of time. The company chosen for this report is
WHITE2LABEL MANUFACTURING LTD. ,which was incorporated in year 2018 on 25 July.
It is registered at Kemp House,152-160 City Road,London,England. It is a private limited
company. It deals in bespoke & white label manufacturing ,in house branding and finishing
services in UK. It helps brands and creatives with new and innovative way of launching
collection in market. This project includes the organizational culture of the company and the
structure of the company. The impact of these two aspects on the company will be discussed.
Theories of motivation for employees motivation for achieving organizational goals will also be
explained.
MAIN BODY
Organisational Structure of the company
It is a system used for defining the hierarchy of company internally. It is for identification
of jobs and their functions and to whom the reporting is to be done in the organization. It is
developed for establishing of companies working and helps in achievement of goals and growth
in future(Zusman,2021). Here are some types of structures of organization-

Hierarchical structure- It is a direct chain of command from the organization top to
bottom. Senior management takes all the important decisions which are delegated down by
levels of subsidiary. If individual want to take a decisions they have to request for senior
management for approval. It operates well when less goods are sold in large quantities so the
control can be maintained of design,quality, manufacturing and products distribution.
ADVANTAGES
Control orientation- When less goods are sold or particular message of marketing is to
be delivered this system works very well. Like in high end ladies handbag producer uses
this system for monitoring design and manufacturing of handbags and a large volume
customer goods organization requires for maintaining brand image and control the
aspects of manufacturing,distribution and marketing(Winnubst, 2018).
Career path- There is clear path set in this system as employees grow by the different
levels of management over a period of time. Individuals reaching at the top positions
have immense experience in the organization.
Specialization- Employees have niche post which allows them to become experts in
their respective fields. Organization can be greatly benefited if the expertize is used
effectively.
DISADVANTAGES
Restricted information- Info flows to the top of organizational structure for having
information with the management for running the business. But it is not always the case. There
is less flow of information downwards to the lower levels of the company which leads to cramp
the initiatives which might develop in the areas( Eva and et, al., 2018).
Slow decision making- This system takes more time for decisions of management to
pass down to different levels of management and enactment. If the organization operates
in a dynamic environment than the business is slow in reacting to competitive and
pressures of environment resulting in less market share.
Added costs- This system requires a large amount of corporate expenses for supporting
the senior management which consists of extra layers of management,internal
