INTRODUCTION
Education and training are very necessary in professional practice and development,
because without proper education and training a person can’t develop its professionalism and
personality. Currently most people are taking various steps towards developing their
professionalism. This report discusses professional practice and development in training and
education. On the other side, this reports discusses education aspect of Mont rose college, UK.
This is one of the most popular colleges within England, United Kingdom. There are some major
policies and guidelines also has discussed in this report which can affect each organization which
provides education and training to different students. Value of professionalism also has
mentioned in this report which can support to person for developing its existing professionalism.
One major thing also has mentioned in this report that self-development is too necessary for
achieving high success within life.

There are professionalism and dual professionalism almost same thing, because
professionalism refers that person who has expert in any area of knowledge. On the other side,
dual professionalism refers that person who has extra-ordinary expertise in any area of
knowledge (Cheng, 2016). A dual professional person always has more knowledge and skills
than a professional person. That’s why nowadays most people are trying to become a dual
professional person. Currently many each person has required to develop proper skills and
abilities to improve its existing personality and professionalism. Nowadays Mont Rose college
also focus on providing modern knowledge to different students for converting them professional
to dual professional.
In this dynamic, people need to take some productive training sessions for becoming
highly professional person, because most people give higher value to only that person who has
properly maintained its professionalism in personal life. On the other side, many education

centres also provides some productive ways to people or student which can support in developing
their personality and professionalism. Few years ago people was focused on only developing
their professionalism, but nowadays people focuses on become a dual professionalism. That’s
why professionalism and dual professionalism are two major aspects in training and education.
Reason is, without proper training and education a person can’t become a professional or a dual
professional.
B. Ways in which professional values influence own practice area
Professional values play very great role in personal life of a person, because these values
give opportunity to a person for gaining positive results in daily practices. Basically, professional
values always highly influence own practice area of specialism. According to many personality
development experts, a person can take huge advantages from its professional values. That’s why
each person should continually develop their different skills and knowledge for becoming a
highly professional person. In this dynamic world, specialism is too necessary within person to
achieve high success in the market (Frunză, 2017). These are major factors which shows actual
value of professionalism. A person can’t develop its all skills and knowledge in a day, because it
has always required a specific time period for improving their different skills and knowledge.
Most people not give higher value to that person who has undeveloped abilities and
competencies. In this situation, each person has highly required to develop their various abilities
and competencies. Development is too necessary for increasing levels of different professional
values. When a person completely improves its all professional values, then it will easily able to
develop its specialism. That’s why these all practices are too necessary in the terms of improving
different professionalism values.

which can highly influence educational policies. Some major factors have been discussed below;

most rose college completely provide education which has decided the government of this
country. In this situation these social factors highly influence education policy as well. For
example; currently most people are like to purchase products and services from those companies
which always fulfils their CSR (corporate social responsibilities). This social factor influence to

college’s educational policy for proving that education which can improve value of social
welfare within different students
Political: Political factors also highly influence education policy, because local government of
the United Kingdom always responsible to change policy of education according to own
comfortability. Currently each school and college within the UK need to employ education

Economic: Currently education standard of the United Kingdom is very higher in comparison of
other many countries, because it is one of the richest countries in the world (Dupret, 2017).

decided to provide higher standard education to students within different schools, colleges and
universities, etc. That’s why economic factors also highly influence education policy.

aspects of own organisation called policies, codes of practice and guidelines. These all aspects
have been discussed below;

operation in proper manner. On the other side, it has highly required to follow such policies also
which has created by local government.
Codes of Practice:Currently different practices have conducted by college for achieving its
decided objectives on time. In this situation, existing management has highly required to
