importance of partnership is been considered. Also, the key aspects, policies and code of
practices and guidelines are taken into effective consideration. Better quality improvement and
quality assurance as well as effective area of improvements are studied with appropriate learning
programme too. Also, the importance and function of self-assessment, self-evaluation and quality
cycle are assessed in the report (Hays, 2016).

1.1 Explain the concept of professionalism and dual professionalism.
Education and training plays a significant role in effective handling of different functions
that lead to significant growth of different operations in education sector as well as field of
training. The professionalism is a practice of increase in manufacturing efficiency and revenue
generation of the business entity by following certain rules and regulations in education and
training (Albion and et.al., 2015). Besides this, the better execution of various functions also help
in good imparting of practices and operations with regard to education and training to an
individual. Professionalism helps in improving efficiency and ability of persons or an individual
in a particular field.
On other hand, dual professionalism is practice that involves good execution of different
operations that supports significant rise in the effective handling of better management of various
functions. It showcases expertise of a person in dual field and operations. This approach
improves and increases efficiency of a person that supports in company that help in insignificant
improvement in efficiency of person (Frodeman, Klein and Pacheco, 2017). It helps in effective
