organisation in UK which supply all mails through out the world. Thus, this organisation has a
big chain around the globe. Report is all about throwing light on issues and problems which are
hidden so that a possible outcomes can be drawn form that. Recruitment and selection process is
also mentioned in this assignment. Hence, the main purpose of this project is check performance
of employees and motivate them to perform their task so as to achieved the targeted goals.

world. Customer service is essential for having a great image among their clients because they
have to work according to their customer's satisfaction. Poor service to their consumers can lead

problem which are related to their enterprise. Organisation is having around 70 employees with
senior managers who supervise their works. HR department are the one who are hire eligible
candidates who are required for the job. Some of the criteria are given below which are to
