INTRODUCTIONHuman Resource Management (HRM) is an integral part of every organisation. Thisdepartment helps in recruiting, selecting and providing training to new employees. It includesvarious processes and practices that are used for selecting individuals within firm. Recruitmentand selection process must be fair for every staff member and provide them equal chances tograb the opportunity (Ang, 2012). This report is based on Purple Mail Company (PMC), which isone of the largest courier firm in UK. At present, they are facing various kinds of problemsregarding leadership, management and administration. So, this assignment will help in preparingthe document for recruiting candidates and defining the impact of legal and ethicalconsiderations for recruitment and selection in PM Company. It will explain various skills andattributes as well which are required for the leadership. It will also describe several ways tomotivate all staff members to achieve the set objectives.
